MIAMI | Hundreds of people joined parishioners of Gesu, Miami's oldest church, in a procession through the streets of downtown Miami on Good Friday. Participants carried images of the Sorrowful Mother and the dead Christ while praying the rosary.
It was one of a number of public processions, Ways of the Cross and re-enactments of the Passion of Christ hosted by churches throughout the archdiocese during Holy Week.
