MIAMI | Three Miami seminarians were ordained deacons — the last step before the priesthood — in a ceremony celebrated April 11, 2021 at St. Mary Cathedral by Archbishop Thomas Wenski.
The three are Sebastian Grisales, Cesar Betancourt and Agustin Estrada. All are currently studying at St. Vincent de Paul Regional Seminary in Boynton Beach. Estrada and Betancourt belong to the Neocatechumenal Way’s Redemptoris Mater Archdiocesan Missionary Seminary in Hialeah.
