Miami Shores, FL (April 23, 2025) – The Archdiocese of Miami invites the Catholic Community in South Florida to attend a special Vigil Mass for the Second Sunday of Easter (Divine Mercy) for the repose of the soul of Pope Francis on Saturday, April 26, 2005, at 5:30p.m., at the Cathedral of St. Mary.
The Vigil Mass will be celebrated by Archbishop Thomas Wenski, and priests from within the Archdiocese of Miami will join the Archbishop to concelebrate Mass as a visible sign of unity in prayer and communion with Catholic faithful from the Archdiocese and from around the world.
All faithful are encouraged to attend the Mass and stand in prayer during this period of mourning and transition.
