I am in agreement with restricting contact with anyone's mouth when receiving holy communion. However if this practice cannot be eliminated for religious reasons, can I suggest separate reception lines whereby only hand distribution will be permitted in a designated distribution line. Remember that there are asymptomatic individuals(especially the younger population) that are potential threats for spread of the virus.

My concern is that even today in separate churches we went there were people receiving communion on the tongue and pastors gave it without any objection! Looks like many pastors haven’t taken this seriously yet!! All pastor could say could be “on the hand please” but it’s not happening. I receive communion every day and its concerning to see this happening Today. All it takes is few church based spreads and people will be watching mass on tv at homeā€¦ see a comment on the A Many are concerned but may not say anything.. I wish best for Gods church and the folks and just pointing out many’s concern. No matter what I will continue to attend holy mass everyday but time for action is today in this current situationā€¦

Please stop giving communion in the mouth until this coronavirus is over. If someone has to hold a cane because they cannot walk by themselves they should sit in the pew and someone should bring the communion to them. Please consider not giving any communion at all in the mouth. All it takes is one infected person to spread the virus to many people. In my parish there Are still many people taking communion in the mouth. Again the last thing we want to do is spread the virus.
