Community Fun
- Inaugural Pipe Organ Concert: Saturday, Oct. 24
World-renowned concert organist Nathan Laube will inaugurate Miami's newest and most unique pipe organ at 7:30 PM at Church of the Little Flower in Coral Gables. Admission is FREE and all are welcome! This concert is part of the parish's 100th Anniversary Celebration.
A decade in the making, this dream came about through envisioning an instrument that would faithfully replicate the sound St. Therese of Lisieux, the parish's patroness, would have heard over a century ago. The new pipe organ, standing as a quintessential French Romantic pipe organ, is also the only organ in Southeast Florida to feature mechanical action, preserving the centuries-old tradition of European organ building.
