MIAMI | Archbishop Thomas Wenski and Auxiliary Bishop Enrique Delgado celebrated Ash Wednesday Masses at St. Anthony Church in Fort Lauderdale and Gesu Church in Miami on March 5, 2025.
Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the Lent season, 40 days of prayer, fasting and almsgiving leading up to the Easter Triduum of Holy Thursday, Good Friday and the Easter Vigil.
