MIAMI | The first week of April was a good one for the Belen Jesuit Wolverines' sports teams.

The Belen Jesuit crew team competed at the San Diego Crew Classic the weekend of April 1. The Lightweight 8+ crew repeated its gold medal performance, winning by open water with a 10-second margin over the silver medalist. This victory once again ranks Belen's team as the #1 lightweight program in the country and positions them as the favorites at the Youth National Championships, which will take place in June. Belen also holds the distinction of being the only scholastic program to win at this level at this prestigious regatta.
