Our Lady of Lourdes Academy, an all-girl, archdiocesan high school, in South Miami-Dade, that proudly boasts a history of strong academics, competitive athletics, spiritual service and extracurricular achievement (www.olla.org), is looking for a Retreat and Faith Formation Coordinator. Within the campus ministry, the position strives to enhance the development of the spiritual lives of students and their families, faculty and staff, and alumnae. The coordinator leads students, Team OLLA, and parent/alumnae faith formation through retreats, prayer experiences/workshops, school-wide prayers, and Peer Ministry training. The candidate performs all duties and responsibilities in alignment with the mission, vision and tenets of the Catholic Archdiocese of Miami.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred, or working towards a master’s degree.
- Three (3) years of related experience.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and travel.
- Ability to remain calm & decisive in high-pressure situations.
- Professional integrity & confidentiality.
- Good computer literacy.
- Excellent oral and written English language communication skills, including a clear speaking voice.
- Fully committed, supportive and respectful of the mission, teachings and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church. Knowledge and support of basic tenets of the Catholic Church.
- Must have a professional demeanor.
