Our Lady of Lourdes Academy, an all-girl, archdiocesan high school, in South Miami-Dade, that proudly boasts a history of strong academics, competitive athletics, spiritual service and extracurricular achievement (www.olla.org), is looking for a Liturgical and Sacramental Life Coordinator. Within the campus ministry, the position strives to enhance the development of the spiritual lives of students and their families, faculty and staff, and alumnae. The Liturgy & Sacramental Life Coordinator will lead the Sacramental & Liturgical Life of the school; will be available as a pastoral resource for the school community; has a particular role of leadership to create sacred space & time & assist the school community to exercise their own call to worship. The candidate performs all duties and responsibilities in alignment with the mission, vision and tenets of the Catholic Archdiocese of Miami.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred, or working towards a master’s degree.
- Three (3) years of related experience.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and travel.
- Ability to remain calm & decisive in high-pressure situations.
- Professional integrity & confidentiality.
- Good computer literacy.
- Excellent oral and written English language communication skills, including a clear speaking voice.
- Must be fully committed, supportive and respectful of the mission, teachings and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church. Knowledge and support of basic tenets of the Catholic Church.
- Must have a professional demeanor.
