St. Agnes Catholic Academy in Key Biscayne, Florida is hiring full-time Teacher Assistant for the upcoming 2026-27 school year. The applicant must be nurturing, creative and a dedicated professional with the ability to support the learning environment, cultivate critical thinking skills, work collaboratively as part of a team, and lead small group lessons. The candidate performs all duties and responsibilities in alignment with the vision, mission, and values of the Catholic Archdiocese of Miami.
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or associate degree.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Strong presentation skills with use of instructional technologies, especially online communication technologies.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills, including clear speaking voice.
- Good spelling and grammar required.
- Supportive and respectful of the mission and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church; experience in the Roman Catholic environment preferred.
- Knowledge of basic tenets of the Catholic Church.
- Must have a professional demeanor and be a team player.
