Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic School in Miami Lakes, Florida is hiring a full-time Middle School Teacher Aide for the upcoming 2026-27 school year. The applicant must be nurturing, creative and a dedicated professional with the ability to support the learning environment, cultivate critical thinking skills, work collaboratively as part of a team, and lead small group lessons. The candidate performs all duties and responsibilities in alignment with the vision, mission, and values of the Catholic Archdiocese of Miami.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree (or equivalent), in education or related subject.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Strong presentation skills with use of instructional technologies, especially online communication technologies.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills, including clear speaking voice.
- Good spelling and grammar required.
- Supportive and respectful of the mission and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church; experience in Roman Catholic environment preferred.
- Must have knowledge of basic tenets of Catholic Church.
- Must have a professional demeanor & be a team player.
