Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic School in Miami, Florida has an opening for a full-time Instructional Aide for the 2025-26 school year. The applicant must be nurturing, creative and a dedicated professional with the ability to support the learning environment, cultivate critical thinking skills, work collaboratively as part of a team and lead small group lessons. The candidate performs duties and responsibilities in alignment with the mission, vision, and tenets of the Catholic Archdiocese of Miami.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree.
- Minimum of one year of related experience.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Strong presentation skills with use of instructional technologies.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, PowerPoint a plus.
- Effective oral and written English communication skills, including clear speaking voice.
- Good spelling and grammar required.
- Must be supportive and respectful of the mission and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church; experience in Roman Catholic environment preferred.
- Knowledge of basic tenets of Catholic Church.
- Must have a professional demeanor.
