St. Theresa Catholic School in Coral Gables, Florida has an opening for an After School Care Assistant for the coming 25-26 school year. The applicant must be nurturing, creative, and be willing to work collaboratively as part of a team to oversee students and plan activities. The candidate performs all duties and responsibilities in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of the Catholic Archdiocese of Miami and St. Theresa Catholic School.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Demonstrate ability to supervise PreK- 8th Grade students in both indoor and outdoor activities, including homework time.
- Effective oral and written English communication skills, including clear speaking voice.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook.
- Must be organized and responsible.
- Supportive and respectful of the mission and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church; experience in Roman Catholic environment preferred.
- Knowledge of basic tenets of the Catholic Church.
- Must have a professional demeanor.
