The third annual Eucharistic Rosary Congress of the
Archdiocese of Miami will be held Oct. 5-11, 2024, in different archdiocesan
parishes.
This year, the prayers will be dedicated to trying to stop the
passage of Amendment 4, a proposed amendment to the Florida state constitution
on the November ballot. The congress is being organized by a team of
Archdiocese of Miami Columbiette auxiliary members assisted by clergy of the
six host parishes.
It will be seven days of continuous prayer, with Masses, 24
hours of adoration and rosary prayers.
The opening Mass will be Saturday, Oct. 5, at 5:30 p.m. at
St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Coral Springs, and the closing Mass will be
held Oct. 11, at 6 p.m. at St. Pius X Church in Fort Lauderdale.
The closing day of the congress will include a procession of the life-size statue of the Virgin Mary, the investiture with the brown scapular, the family consecration to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, and the veneration of the Virgin's veil.
