It is that time of year for the SKD backpack and school supply drive that benefits the CCD

children of Pahokee, Florida. 

Kindly join other parishioners in helping families in need, to start the new school year by buying a new backpack, filling it up with new school supplies and bringing it to the church lobby.

The last day to bring your donation to the church is Sunday, July 27, 2026.

We are also in need of volunteers to make the drive a success.

St. Jerome Catholic Church invites all the faithful to a Novena and Celebration in honor of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, from July 8 to July 16, 2025. Each evening includes the Rosary at 6:00 P.M., Vespers at 6:30 P.M., and Novena prayers at 7:00 P.M. The celebration concludes on Wednesday, July 16, with a Bilingual Mass at 7:30 P.M., including the blessing and enrollment in the Brown Scapular. Special Carmelite scapulars will be distributed during the Mass on the last day of the Novena. Organized by members of the Secular Order of Discalced Carmelites (OCDS). All are welcome to join this Marian devotion and receive the spiritual graces of the Brown Scapular.

La Iglesia Católica San Jerónimo invita a todos los fieles a participar en la Novena y Celebración en honor a Nuestra Señora del Carmen, del 8 al 16 de julio de 2025. Cada noche incluye el Santo Rosario a las 6:00 P.M., Vísperas a las 6:30 P.M. y la Novena a las 7:00 P.M. La celebración concluye el miércoles 16 de julio con una Misa bilingüe a las 7:30 P.M., que incluirá la bendición e imposición del Escapulario carmelita.Los escapularios carmelitas serán distribuidos durante la Misa del último día de la Novena. El evento está organizado por los miembros de la Orden Seglar de los Carmelitas Descalzos (OCDS). Todos están invitados a participar en esta devoción mariana y a recibir las gracias espirituales del Escapulario carmelita.
