St. John XXIII Catholic Parish located in Miramar (Broward County), Florida, has an opening for a part-time Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant provides office services and clerical support. They may be assigned special parish projects and miscellaneous responsibilities for functions, events, and activities. The Administrative Assistant provides information by answering phone calls, e-mails, and other forms of correspondence and responds efficiently to requests. The Administrative Assistant performs all duties and responsibilities in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of the Catholic Archdiocese of Miami.

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
