Our Lady of Lourdes Academy, an all-girl, archdiocesan high school, in South Miami-Dade, that proudly boasts a history of strong academics, competitive athletics, spiritual service and extracurricular achievement (www.olla.org), is looking for a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to the Vice Principal of Student Affairs for the 2026-2027 school year. This candidate performs all duties and responsibilities in alignment with the mission, vision and tenets of the Catholic Archdiocese of Miami.
Founded in 1963, Our Lady of Lourdes Academy is a certified STEM school that seeks "to educate young women to face the future strengthened by their faith, prepared and confident in their abilities to achieve their goals and committed to their Catholic and American heritages.”
Qualifications:
- Required: High School diploma.
- Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to maintain focus on and professionalism with people in challenging situations, both in person and by phone.
- Good time management, including the ability to manage several projects at the same time while retaining accuracy in an environment of competing deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent oral and written English-language communication skills, including a clear speaking voice. Good Spanish-language spoken communications and reading skills are strongly preferred.
- Must be fully committed, supportive and respectful of the mission, teachings and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church.
- Must have a professional demeanor, including adherence to dress code.
