Mother of Our Redeemer Catholic School in Miami, Florida is seeking a welcoming, organized, and mission-driven full-time Registrar for the 2026-27 academic year. This is a year-round position that includes maintaining accurate student records, managing enrollment, withdrawal, and transfer documentation, generating required reports and ensuring compliance with state, federal, and diocesan reporting requirements. The position serves as the school coordinator for the Early Learning Coalition (ELC) Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) Program and the School Readiness Program. Additionally, the role oversees the administration of the Step Up For Students scholarship programs, including eligibility verification and documentation management. The coordinator acts as a liaison between families, program agencies, and school administration to ensure compliance, accurate reporting, and efficient program operations. The candidate performs all duties and responsibilities with the mission, vision, and values of the Catholic Archdiocese of Miami.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m.- 3:30 p.m.
Qualifications:
- High School or GED: Required.
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, special education, or related field.
- Five years of related experience, including managing student information systems and records.
- Must be a team player and highly organized.
- Proficiency in MS Suite (including Excel), and Student Information Systems.
- Good spelling and grammar are required.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills, including clear speaking voice.
- Fully committed, supportive and respectful of the mission and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church; experience in Roman Catholic environment preferred.
- Knowledge of basic tenets of Catholic Church.
- Must have a professional demeanor, including adherence to the dress code.
