Teacher Assistants

Holy Family Catholic School in North Miami, Florida is seeking two Teacher Assistants for the 2026-27 school year. The applicants must be nurturing, reliable, and dedicated professionals who will collaborate with the teachers to support the learning environment, cultivate critical thinking skills, and lead small group lessons. The candidates perform all duties and responsibilities in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of the Catholic Archdiocese of Miami.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree preferred or a high school diploma with a minimum of one-year related experience.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Strong presentation skills with use of instructional technologies.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel; PowerPoint a plus.
- Effective oral and written English communication skills, including clear speaking voice.
- Good spelling and grammar are required.
- Must be supportive and respectful of the mission and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church; experience in Roman Catholic environment preferred.
- Knowledge of basic tenets of Catholic Church.
- Must have a professional demeanor, including adherence to dress code.
