Miami Shores (October 7, 2024) – In an abundance of caution, Archdiocese of Miami Schools Superintendent Dr. Jim Rigg announced today that all Archdiocese of Miami Catholic schools in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties will be closed on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 due to Hurricane Milton. The schools of the Archdiocese of Miami will cancel all meetings, sports, or other activities after 5:00 pm on Tuesday October 8.
Further decisions regarding operations on Thursday, October 10 will be forthcoming once the trajectory of the hurricane is better known. We will continue to provide updates via our website, and on social media on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
