Marian Center receives $10,000

The Marian Center, which is staffed by the Italian Sisters of St. Joseph Benedict Cottolengo, received a $10,000 donation from the National Italian American Foundation during a celebration of the 150th anniversary of the unification of Italy. The check was presented by Arthur J. Furia, National Italian American Foundation general counsel and a partner at Shutts & Bowen LLP, and Italy�s Consul General in Miami Marco Rocca. The event took place April 27 at Miami's Freedom Tower.
