School Bus Drivers

Monsignor Edward Pace High School in Miami Gardens, Florida has openings for two School Bus Drivers. This position will be responsible for the pick-up and drop-off of students daily as well as other school off campus activities and field trips. The School Bus Driver performs all duties and responsibilities in alignment with the mission, vision and values of the Catholic Archdiocese of Miami.
This is an hourly position, at 20 + hours per week.
Qualifications:
- High-school diploma or G.E.D diploma.
- Must have a State of Florida CDL "C” or "B” license with P&S endorsements, in addition to a valid DOT physical card.
- Minimum of one-year bus driving experience.
- Good English-language communication skills, Spanish-language communication skills a plus.
- Good time management skills.
- Must be safety conscious and able to perform all work according to safe work practices while maintaining a safe, clean vehicle and report any hazards to supervisor.
- Must be supportive of the mission and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church. Experience in a Roman Catholic environment preferred.
- Must have a pleasant, service-oriented demeanor with good people skills.
- Must have a professional demeanor, including adherence to dress code.
