Catholic LIFE (Living In Faith Everyday) brings together college students at NSU and surrounding colleges to share their college experience while growing in faith and hope in the good company of friends.

Rise Up for a Revival

St. Thomas University extends a warm invitation to high school students to join us for the Youth Celebration commemorating the 65th anniversary of the Archdiocese of Miami. The event will take place at the STU Fernandez Family Center on Thursday, Oct. 5, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The program will feature the esteemed presence of Archbishop Thomas Wenski, STU President David Armstrong, Schools Superintendent Dr. Jim Rigg, and other distinguished leaders. Our keynote speaker for the event is Joe Melendrez, a renowned international Catholic speaker and recording artist, who had an important role at World Youth Day Lisbon 2023.
This event is designed to inspire Catholic high school students to embrace their roles as missionary disciples of the Eucharist, aligning with our preparation for the 2024 National Eucharistic Congress.

The itinerary comprises a formal welcome from the principals and chaplains of all participating schools. Additionally, a student representative from each school will partake in the prayer of the faithful during the concluding Mass presided by Archbishop Wenski.

What is SoulCore?
SoulCore integrates gentle stretching and core strengthening exercises with prayer of the holy rosary while reflecting on the virtues proposed by each mystery and ways to more intentionally grow in faith, hope and love, in the joy of sisterhood. Alpha Catholic Context Series for Young Adults & College Studetns
Join us for Alpha, a series of gatherings with food to discuss life's big questions in a relaxed and welcoming setting for young adults in their 20s-30s and 18+ college students comprising three components:
- Connection (fellowship over a meal),
- Content (a short talk), and
- Conversation (sharing thoughts about the talk if desired).
We'll be meeting for brunch Sundays at 1:30 p.m. starting September 17, with possible kick off event September 10.

STU Campus Ministry Scholarship

The Campus Ministry Scholarship at St. Thomas University is designed for Catholic students that are interested in furthering their involvement in ministry and service. Students who are selected are required to be engaged in community service both on and off-campus as well as actively involved in the Campus Ministry Leadership Team.
To be considered, students must be Catholic, demonstrate a commitment to community service, have a 2.8+ GPA, and continue to be active while enrolled at STU. This can be combined with merit awards.
