Annunciation School fifth graders were chosen to have their poetry published in the Anthology of Poetry by Young Americans. WEST HOLLYWOOD| Poetry written by students from Annunciation School was selected for publication in the 2016 edition of the Anthology of Poetry by Young Americans. With the aid of their fifth grade teacher, Ileana Garcia, the young poets submitted their works to The Anthology of Poetry, which recognizes writing excellence and then selects and publishes the finest poems submitted by student writers. Annunciation’s published poets include Brian Guevara, Jason Romero, Paola Crespo, Kayley Alcindor, Sahara Rendon, Fabiola Solis, Hannah Russano, and Isabella Tan Jun.
