In what ways did our Lenten walk open your heart to enter into Easter fully embracing the NEW LIFE being offered to you,  so as to more brightly SHINE as, by His grace, as He leads and brings you "from glory unto glory"? 


 Join the "SHINE Challenge" now thru Pentecost as sisters in Christ come together to pick up where the growth and transformation experienced during our Lenten and Holy Week journeys left off to cheer each other on along the path to kicking things up a notch in our resolve to more fully enter in and more intentionally live in the joy of Christ's resurrection, in the hope that in Christ, our transformation, our METANOIA, continues for His glory and our blessings as well as the blessings of others every time He SHINES more brightly through us.

Talks for youth and young adults, Mondays and Thursdays, 8 p.m., beginning April 8, Our Lady of the Lakes, 15801 N.W. 67 Ave., Miami Lakes. Led by Father Ivan Rodriguez, pastor.

Our SoulCore sessions nurture body, mind and soul by integrating prayer of the rosary and reflection on the virtues each mystery proposes so as to more intentionally grow in those virtues, along with optional light physical activity such as basic core strengthening, stretching and functional movements, noting that the focus is on the prayers and reflections, and therefore everyone is welcome regardless of their ability to join the exercise portion or not.

This is part of St David Women's Faith & Fitness for women in their 20s-30s and 18+ college students growing in faith and sisterhood while caring for God's temple, our bodies, in good and grateful stewardship for His glory. 

We generally meet on Saturday mornings on Zoom. But times and locations will vary flexibly from time to time according to group member availability, so registration is required to ensure you receive important notifications and latest updates.

Let's meet in the upper room this Pentecost & prepare together praying the Novena for the seven Gifts! 

• May 10-18 -  Novena  
• May 19 -  Celebration after noon Mass

And even if unable to join 5/19, please consider at least joining in praying the Novena as family for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit on all of our hearts, our community, for revival that unites us all closer than ever.

Join us weekly to grow in faith while making meaningful friendships.

We meet Sundays starting with noon Mass, immediately followed by lunch, fellowship and topic discussions including the Alpha Course, as well as other fun outings throughout the year.

The Servants of the Pierced Hearts of Jesus and Mary, Religious Brothers and Priests invite young men between the ages of 18-35 to join us for our Aim Higher Retreat. In a world that is full of incomplete and often false ideas about what it means to be a man, it is important for young men to stop and consider who they are called to be in the light of Jesus Christ who is the only One who reveals man to himself and makes clear his most high calling. This retreat will go deeply into the dignity and vocation of all men and our heroic call to holiness, purpose, sacrifice, and service for the kingdom of God. STU Impact Summer Camp: Empowering Tomorrow's Leaders in Faith and Community

High school youth participants must have completed 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th grade.

The camp fee is $350, and it includes housing for three nights, meals, and all camp activities from Monday through Thursday.

Camp Erin South Florida is a FREE bereavement camp for youth (ages 6-17) who are grieving the death of a significant person in their lives. Camp Erin combines grief education and emotional support with fun, traditional camp activities. Led by bereavement professionals and caring volunteers, youth campers are provided a supportive environment to explore their grief, learn essential coping skills, and experience community with other peers their age who are also grieving.

Our next Camp Erin is on October 25-27, 2024 at Camp Owaissa Bauer in Homestead. Please note that this is an overnight weekend camp. Campers are required to stay overnight to get the full camp experience. Transportation is also available at no extra cost from our Catholic Hospice office locations in Lauderdale Lakes and Miami Lakes.
