MIAMI | For the second year in a row, University of Miami football players held summer scrimmages on St. Brendan High School's athletic fields.

Last year, coaches at UM were so impressed with St. Brendan's new athletic facilities that they came on campus for two scrimmages. They did the same this summer, Aug. 16 and Aug. 22, 2020.

In addition, Hurricanes head coach Manny Diaz recorded a special "welcome back" message for all of Sabre Nation to have a safe and successful school year. The message was given to all St. Brendan students on the first day of school.

St. Brendan is looking forward to more opportunities with the great partnership established with the university.
