MIAMI | Forced by the rain to move their celebration inside, St. Michael the Archangel School students nevertheless celebrated the feast day of their patron saint Sept. 29, feast of the Archangels Michael, Gabriel and Raphael.

The plan was for parents, students, teachers and staff to take part in a prayer service in front of the school's grotto. Instead, they gathered in the cafeteria along with St. Michael's pastor, Father Gerardo Díaz, and a special guest, retired Bishop Fernando Isern, emeritus of Pueblo, Colo.
