Make the trip. Make a difference.

Floridians invited to advocate for justice, human dignity April 4-5

MIAMI | The Florida Catholic Conference is inviting Catholic Floridians to join their bishops in Tallahassee April 4-5 for Catholic Days at the Capitol. This annual event allows Catholics to “make a difference” while advocating for social justice and human dignity.

Participants will receive a legislative briefing on select policy issues, meet with lawmakers or their staff, enjoy lunch with Florida's bishops and legislators, tour the current and historic capitol buildings, and attend the annual Red Mass of the Holy Spirit. The Mass is celebrated by the bishops of Florida to pray for those working in the legislative, judicial and executive branches of government.

Pre-registration is required. Contact Joan Crown, 954-981-2922 or [email protected] or fill out the registration form here.

Watch the video invitation below from Michael Sheedy, FCCB executive director.
