MIAMI | Sts. Peter and Paul students have committed themselves to praying 13,000 rosaries before the end of the school year.

The students pledged to take part in the 13 Million Rosaries Campaign after celebrating a Holy Hour Oct. 26. Sts. Peter and Paul's pastor, Father Juan M. Lopez, presided at the Holy Hour, which was organized by teachers Martha Portugal and Maria Elena Jude.

At the end of the Holy Hour, Sister Karen from the Servants of the Pierced Hearts of Jesus and Mary, talked to the students about the rosary campaign. The Servants are asking people around the world to commit themselves to praying one rosary a day for the intentions of world peace, the triumph of the Immaculate Heart, and the conversion of those who do not know the love of God.

All the rosaries prayed will be offered as a gift to the Immaculate Heart of Mary on the centenary of the apparitions of Our Lady of Fatima, May 13, 2017.
