MIAMI | Four students form St. Brendan High School’s Law club successfully mediated a multimillion dollar lawsuit in a mock mediation exercise in the school’s library recently. The students worked with the law club moderator, Steven Piscitelli, to prepare for the mediation session. Scott D. Rembold, an established litigator from the law firm of Bogert & Rembold, conducted the mediation session and explained to the students the actual process that they would have encountered in a real mediation setting.
