CORAL SPRINGS | St. Andrew Church and School in Coral Springs won the Commissioners' Cup for a nativity float entered in the city's holiday parade.

Msgr. Michael Souckar, St. Andrew's pastor, donned a Santa hat and waved to the crowd from a firetruck sporting a St. Andrew banner. He was accompanied by school children in a snow-globe float complete with Mary, Joseph and baby Jesus. The float rotated and played Christmas hymns.

About 200 parishioners and school families also marched in the parade, some handing out ticket passes to the church's family carnival Jan. 22-25.
