MIAMI SPRINGS | Students and faculty at Blessed Trinity School in Miami Springs released a balloon rosary Oct. 12 in commemoration of Respect Life month. Each decade was represented by a blue balloon and each mystery by a yellow balloon. After praying one decade of the rosary together, they released several balloons.

“This was a wonderful and symbolic way to show our young students faith in action,” said Maria Teresa Perez, principal. “The children learn daily about our Catholic faith and this was a hands-on way that they can put to practice what they’ve learned in the classroom.”
